It is more about the Inhumans than about the Black Panther, but this is the period when the Black Panther is first introduced along with his technologically utopian kingdom of Wakanda. It is Epic's habit of titling these collections based on a few issues, but there is nothing wrong with that. Epic's way of putting together every issue and in a larger volume of 400 pp or so continues to be a cool idea. Again, Kirby is in charge of this universe, introducing the Black Panther, developing the plot of the Inhumans, co-starring the Silver Surfer in some issues (and a solo adventure at the end of the volume), struggling against Dr. Doom and his recently acquired cosmic powers thru the surfboard of the SS, a battle against a Kree warrior, and the Richards are gonna have a baby (so they do have time for that! . It's beautiful to navigate through these stories and admire Kirby's artwork with all his techno-gadgets, which is quite consistent with other comics such as Thor and Captain America. Quite pleased!
